Improved digestion

They aid food digestion. While they won't perform miracles, they do help. I’d previously been prescribed Kreon, but food is easier to digest with these. I don't use them constantly, only when I feel I've overeaten or when my pancreas struggles. As someone who usually follows a diet, even basic food can be hard to digest. Papaya suits me as it’s said to be non-addictive.

Relief from bloating

I truly like this papain. The pills are small and pleasant. They absorb well, which is essential. I’ve tested them and found they assist greatly. I don’t take them daily—only when necessary—but they help relieve my colic and bloating, improving my digestion and bile flow. I will order again.

Dietary changes
The enzymes are average, and although my child suffers from bile stagnation and constant digestive issues, these did not assist us. However, after some dietary changes and taking metronidazole and fluconazole, we've improved digestion without needing the enzymes.
